Strengthening activiites help with grip and well as typing on a keyborad.

1. Squeeze a small ball in your hand

2. Pinch a small ball in your hand with your thumb and pointer finger

3. Put your hand flat on a table and push down into the table

4. Put your hand flat on a table and lift up each of your fingers off of the table one at a time while your other fingers remain flat on teh table

5. Put your hand flat on a table and move your thumb out to the side and then bring it back into your hand resting against your pointer finger
